Welcome to Boostive. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Boostive mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 14 years of age, or have obtained parental or guardian consent if under the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.
Boostive is an energy-based smart task management application that helps users plan their daily activities by allocating energy points to tasks. The App provides:
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
You may use certain features of the App without an account. To access cloud synchronization and cross-device features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days, except as required by applicable law.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are and shall remain our exclusive property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (tasks, memos, categories, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Task data is stored locally on your device by default. You may use the App without transmitting personal data to our servers.
When you create an account and enable cloud sync, your task data is transmitted to and stored on our servers (powered by Supabase). This data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.
The App may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to:
We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We strive to maintain continuous availability of the App but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through in-app announcements.
We may release updates to the App from time to time. Some updates may be required for continued use of the App. You are responsible for installing updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
The App offers both free and premium ("Boostive Pro") features. Free users can access core task management features with certain limitations. Premium features include full timeline history, detailed statistics, and an ad-free experience.
Boostive Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. Current pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with advance notice.
Refunds are handled in accordance with the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not process refunds directly. Please contact Apple or Google for refund requests.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Price changes will be communicated in advance through the App and will take effect at the start of the next billing period after the notice. Your continued subscription after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for use of the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer and any associated parties from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the App or its users.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 5, 10, 11, 12, and 15 shall survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
